1:1 Consultations
I offer individual support from the comfort of your own home. Whether you want a fit check, help troubleshooting the carrier(s) you already have or want to learn to use different carriers, I can help!
All consultations are currently offered online.
Pricing is in CAD.
30 minutes/$45
Mini Consultation - Fit check and troubleshooting of 1 carrier.
1 hour/$75
Choose 1- 2 different types of carriers you want to work with.
Belly to Baby
2 hours/$120
The first hour is a prenatal Babywearing 101 session and we work on any carrier(s) you have or we learn about what you’d like to purchase or add to your registry before baby’s arrival.
The second hour will be a post-natal session, ideally within the first four weeks after baby's birth to help you use the carrier(s) you do have with your newborn baby.
Group Sessions
Would your parent support group benefit from a Babywearing 101 presentation?
Teaching new and expectant parents about babywearing history, safety and carrier use in a group setting is a great way to introduce this practice .
I have been serving the postpartum parents of the South Community Birth Program as well as other parent drop-in support groups for a few years now and thoroughly enjoy it!

Workshops
I offer workshops for parents, caregivers, birth workers and health professionals. Workshops help you dive into a particular carrier type or skill set like back carrying or newborn babywearing.
Whether you want to learn all about stretchy wraps or how babywearing can benefit your clients' overall well being, workshops are a great way to finesse your skills and deepen your understanding of babywearing.
These workshops are usually LIVE, online via zoom.
However, if you live in the Metro Vancouver area, we may be able to organize an in -person event
